It’s official! Our Team Liftoffs workshop is ready for launch! Based on Diana’s book Liftoff: Start and Sustain Successful Agile Teams (co-authored with Ainsley Nies), this workshop is designed to help you set your team up for high performance from day one.
Diana recently joined Michael Larsen on an episode of PNSQC Chronicles to preview her upcoming panel and workshop at the Pacific Northwest Software Quality Conference (PNSQC), coming up on October 13-15 in Portland, Oregon.
Join “Banter With”, in collaboration with Agile Prague, as they welcome Lyssa Adkins, Linda Rising, and Diana Larsen, three of the most influential female figures in the world of agility for a special conversation ahead of their keynote appearances at Agile Prague.
Mark Your Calendars! Reserve your Spots! Kicking off LIVE from Agile2025 on July 28! Limited Tickets Available! FREE and Member Only Sessions! The Agile Network is partnering with the PMI Agile Alliance to bring you onsite interviews, live panel discussions, and engaging conversations with keynote speakers and conference presenters.
Diana Larsen doesn’t offer public workshops very often (maybe just one every couple of years at best). However, she has not one but three workshops coming up in beautiful Vienna, Austria. These workshops will be limited to very small groups, so interested participants are encouraged to register right away to ensure a spot.
On one of her recent trips to Germany, Diana was invited to stop by Contio in Düsseldorf and join them for their Agile Circle. In the style of a fireside chat, Contio’s Georgio Tesfamariam and Diana dive into her experiences and visions on collaboration and learning culture.
If you’ve been considering joining our upcoming Agile Fluency Game Facilitators’ Workshop, but missed the Pioneer price, you’re in luck! We’ve decided to extend our Pioneer price until the Lunar New Year!
There’s this thing…as Jim (James Shore) and I have mentioned before, in the early days of Agile we would visit teams and hear, “This is the best job I’ve ever had. I love this work.” People who were doing Agile (usually Extreme Programming) were excited about it, they shared it with others, who did it, and got excited. But at some point, someone shared it with someone who got excited about it and shared it but didn’t DO it, so their sharing lost a bit of fidelity, like a copy of a copy.
